About Me

My own nutrition-focused health journey started over a decade ago, on a hunt for answers to my persistent anxiety and digestive issues. But it wasn’t until my first pregnancy that I felt, more than ever, the effects of what I was eating on how I was feeling.

On my way to becoming a mom in Berlin, far from my family and my own culture, I was hungry for guidance and support that aligned with who I was.
